Classes with Chef Bruno

Classes with Chef Bruno are all taught & led by Chef Bruno himself. The series of classes will teach you an array of skills, tips, and knowledge in the kitchen followed by a lot of spice & zhuzh from the Chef himself! In all of the classes, guests will be able to enjoy snacks, beverages (if purchased), and take-home recipes. Classes all include three learning stations. 

November:
Holiday Snack Time!
In this class you'll learn the secrets on how to build the perfect charcuterie board, make two versions of knots and a Chocolate Budino (An Italian pudding). These crowd pleasers are sure to make you the envy at every holiday party! Guests will be able to enjoy all of their creations during this class as well & sent home with recipes. 

December:
Tortellinis!
In Italian tradition for the holidays, it's tortellini time! In this class you'll learn how to make pasta from scratch, make tortellini filling, and hand roll your own tortellinis! Guests will be able to take home their tortellinis to cook at home, recipes, and of course able to enjoy some tortellini en brodo during the class!
